DESCRIPTION: A premium quality PVC all weather electrical tape, available in 9 colors.
M809 is tough and flexible, Weather and Temperature Resistant, and of course Flame Retardant. Resistant to UV rays, most acids, alkalis, abrasions, moisture and corrosion. Matte finish black PVC film is one-side coated with an aggressive, non-corrosive rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive, suitably plasticized and stabilized. and offers a moisture-tight seal even in extremely hot and cold temperatures. UL, CE and CSA listed.
APPLICATIONS: Primary electrical insulation for all wire & cable splices rated up to 600 volts, protective jacketing for high voltage cable splices & repairs, harnessing of wires & cables. All Extreme Temperature characteristics provides for application in the field to -10°C.
